ޕާޓީގެ ތަޢާރަފް
ޕްރޮގްރެސިވް ޕާޓީ އޮފް މޯލްޑިވްސް (ޕީ.ޕީ.އެމް) އުފެދުނީ 27 އޮކްޓޯބަރ 2011ގައި ކުރީގެ ރައީސް އަލްއުސްތާޛް މައުމޫން ޢަބްދުލްޤައްޔޫމްގެ މޭސްތިރިކަމުގެ ދަށުންނެވެ. މި ޕާޓީ އުފެދުނުތާ ހަތަރުމަސް ދުވަހުގެ ތެރޭގައިވަނީ ރާއްޖޭގައި ވެރިކަންކުރާ ކޯލިޝަނާ ގުޅުމުގެ ފަޚުރު ޙާސިލްކޮށްފައެވެ. އެގޮތުން ރައީސް ޑރ. މުޙައްމަދު ވަޙީދު ޙަސަންމަނިކުގެ ޒަޢާމަތުގައި (2012-2013) އަށް މިޕާޓީއަކީ ވެރިކަން ކުރާ ކޯލިޝަންގެ އެންމެ ބޮޑު ބައިވެރިޔާއެވެ. 2013ވަނަ އަހަރުގެ ނޮވެމްބަރުމަހު ޕީޕީއެމްގެ ކެންޑިޑޭޓް ރައީސް ޢަބްދުﷲ ޔާމީން ޢަބްދުލް ޤައްޔޫމްވަނީ އެމްޑީޕީގެ ރައީސް އަދި ކުރީގެ ރައީސް މުޙައްމަދު ނަޝީދާ ވާދަކޮށް ރިޔާސީ އިންތިޚާބު ކާމިޔާބު ކުރައްވާފައެވެ. ރައީސް ޢަބްދުﷲ ޔާމީން ޢަބްދުލްޤައްޔޫމްގެ ވެރިކަމުގެ 5 އަހަރު ވެގެންދިޔައީ މިހާތަނަށް ރާއްޖެއަށް އެންމެ ބޮޑެތި ބަދަލުތަކެއް ގެނައި، އިޤްތިޞާދީ ގޮތުން ރާއްޖެ ނުދެކޭފަދަ ޒަމާނަކަށް ރާއްޖެ ވާސިލްވި އަދި ރައްޔިތުންނަށް ލާބައާއި މަންފާ ލިބިގެންދިޔަ 5 އަހަރު ކަމުގައެވެ.

ޕީޕީއެމްގެ އަސާސީ ޤަވާޢިދު
ދިވެހިރާއްޖޭގެ އިސްލާމީ ތަރިކަ ، ސަގާފަތާއި އާދަކާދަ، ޤާނޫނުތައް، މިނިވަންކަމާއި އިސްތިޤްލާލު ރައްކާތެރި ކުރުމާއި، ޖިންސުގެ ތަފާތު ކުރުމެއްނެތި ޒުވާނުން ބާރުވެރިކުރުމުގެ ތެރެއިން އިޖްތިމާޢީ އަދި އިޤްތިޞާދީ ތަރައްޤީ ކުރިއެރުވުމާއި، ޑިމޮކްރެސީގެ ހަމަތައް ހިފެހެއްޓުމާއި، ހެޔޮވެރިކަމާއި އަދި އަސާސީ ޙައްޤުތައް ކަށަވަރުކޮށްދިނުން.
21 މެއި 1959ގައި ދުނިޔޭގެ އަލިކަން ދެކެވަޑައިގެންނެވި ރައިސް ޢަބްދުﷲ ޔާމީން ޢަބްދުލްޤައްޔޫމްއަކީ 2013- 2018 އަށް ދިވެހިރާއްޖޭގައި ވެރިކަން ކުރެއްވި ރައީސެވެ. އެމަނިކުފާނަކީ އާ ޤާނޫނުއަސާސީގެ ދަށުން 5 އަހަރުގެ ރިޔާސީ ދައުރެއް ފުރިހަމަ ކުރެއްވި ފުރަތަމަ ރައީސްއެވެ.
ރައީސް ޔާމީންއަކީ ޕީޕީއެމްގެ އެއް މުއައްސިސެވެ. އަދި ޕީޕީއެމްގެ ކުރީގެ ޕާލިމެންޓަރީ ލީޑަރެވެ. ރައީސް ކަމުގެ މަޤާމާ ޙަވާލުވެވަޑައިގަތުމަށްފަހު އެމަނިކުފާނަކީ ޕީޕީއެމްގެ ކައުންސިލްގައި ހިމެނިވަޑައިގަންނަވި ޕާޓީގެ ފުރަތަމަ މުސްތަޝާރެވެ. އެމަނިކުފާނު މިހާރުވެސް ހުންނެވި މަޤާމްކަމުގައިވާ ޕީޕީއެމްގެ ރައީސް ކަމުގެ މަޤާމަށް އިންތިޚާބުވެ ވަޑައިގެންނެވީ 2016 ވަނަ އަހަރުއެވެ.

- Work to recreate the culture and environment when the people respected and cared for one another.
- Create growth and economic opportunities for traditional skills and works to create an interest in said areas.
- Ensure that as under the democratic system, ordinary members of the party are allowed to participate in the primaries and elected to contest in the presidential, parliament and Local council elections.
- Ensure that all elected public officials are held accountable for their actions and decisions.
- Create a working system where the citizens don’t have to face unnecessary hardships due to bureaucracy.
- Ensure that state of the art healthcare is available to all citizens and open opportunities to skilled and capable men and women to serve in this sector.
- Ensure a fair and free environment for all citizens to pursue education as they see fit to create an educated and skilled nation.
- Build and create opportunities to capable men and women who want to serve this nation.
- Create sustainable public services to all citizens in all islands of republic of Maldives.
- Create an easy and affordable housing system for our citizens.
- Ensure that the voice of women are heard and accounted for in all decision makings from political, economical to social and even decision making from within our party.
- Ensure that the voice of our youths is heard and accounted for in national development and create opportunities to enable them to contribute to this development.
- Ensure the rights of those that need special care and that there are free and equal opportunities for them without discrimination.
- Make use of the knowledge and experience of elder citizens and ensure that they get care and respect from all.
- Identify the particular needs of all people of all classes and create an environment that caters for those needs.
- Identify the needs, ideas and thoughts of all members of the party including those who reside outside of Male ‘city by utilizing the local island branches of the party to act as a direct line to the party leadership so that future development plans can be made with direct input from the people.
- Ensure the continuity of the 100% Muslim status in the Republic of Maldives. Its also our goal to gain the respect and confidence from other nations including our Muslim brethren nations.
- Ensure the survival of our religion Islam, our independence and our sovereignty and ensure that no form of detrition may come to these core principles for the benefit of all Maldivians here today and those yet to come.
- Ensure the survival, revival, study and growth of our proud cultural heritages including but not limited to the “Thaana” characters, our history, culture, and historical artifacts so that future generations may also grow to love our proud culture.
- With the support of the people, we will implement the necessary reform works for the benefit of the nation.
- Implement good governing and the best ethical practices possible under the democratic system.
- Ensure that the constitutional rights are guaranteed to all citizens. And create an environment where the laws are implemented free and without bias, and that all citizens are law abiding people.
- Ensure the separation of the three powers. That is the executive branch, judicial branch and the legislative branch.
- Ensure that the rights guaranteed to the people under the decentralization laws in the constitution are fully given to the city and island councils in order develop and manage the cities and islands.
- Our belief is that our people are our highest priority. Hence we will ensure that all islands, reefs, seas, animals and all natural resources will be used fairly to bring economic prosperity to all citizens.
- Create economic growth, lower national debt, reclaim any necessary properties, and negate the dependence and influence of foreign economic influence on this nation.
- Create a fair and free environment where the citizens can grow and prosper.
- Gain the trust, confidence and respect of our international allies and foreign investors.
- Ensure that all public offices are free of corruption.
- Ensure the revival and growth of our diminishing traditions and bring back our national Maldivian identity.
